Current Housing Availablity

Good Morning,

for a while now I've noticed that there are very few visits to this site. So, I've stopped committing to any regular posting. Its sad, as I really wanted to make this a venue to keep people informed & develop the skills necesary to make it useful & interesting. Well, other things all for my time anyway.

I have had some problems with circulating housing openings & will only be posting them on this blog in the future.

Here are some current housing opportunities:

  • Avery County Group Home, an adult DD Supervised Living facility has two openings. The current four residents are medium to high functioning.
  • OmniVisions
program is for Adult MR/DD consumers. The AFL openings that I have are as following:
    1. One AFL home in Wilkes County
    2. Three AFL homes in Ashe County (West Jefferson)
    3. One AFL home in Catawba County (Conover)
    4. One AFL home in Cabarrus County (Concord)
    5. One AFL home in Mecklenberg County (Moorseville)
  • I have a 3-page listing of DDA/ICF homes across NC from ARC/NC
  • Also have quite a few options for supported housing operated by MHA/NC
  • At this time ComServ, Inc. has two ICF/MR vacancies. We have one children's home vacancy and one possible adult home vacancy.
So, send an email if any of these interest you. Or click on the links to generate a direct email about a referral. Let them know where you got the lead.
